Maintenance

We have been installing irrigation for over 15 years, helping gardens of the county to stay greener. It must be remembered that a specialist irrigation system uses far less water than conventional hosepipe watering systems.

For the average medium to large garden we would install a system using pop-up sprinklers. This would be a pumped system which allows perfect irrigation to all areas of your garden. It includes a water storage tank, a submersible pump with solenoid valves operated by a wall mounted controller, and a rain detector to override the system should it rain, as water is such a valuable resource.

To water flower borders and shrub beds without doing the lawn, one of our preferred methods is to use driplines which are even more economic than a sprinkler system. These are pipes laying on the surface of the beds that allow water to be absorbed into the soil and not wasted by being sprayed onto the foliage. These can then be covered with a suitable mulch which will prevent evaporation.

For hanging baskets and patio pots we can install micro-irrigation. This can be set up with a main pipe having small unobtrusive feeder pipes leading to the baskets and pots, so keeping those baskets and patio pots alive while you are on holiday.

Don't forget we offer start-up and shut-down services to your existing system whether we installed it or not.

Why not let us help you water your garden.
